We never offered any warranty for the fa account that you buy. It is clearly mentioned in our tos that unless stated there are no warranties. And no the reviews on the site cant be botted.

it's asking me verification code when I try to log in the riot client
You should read our TOS and FAQ before buying. You bought nfa account dont expect to get a full access acc which will not ask you for code when logged in the site. our nfa acc are working percently fine on the riot client!
